Online Application Process (PG)

To assist students with their application to Symbiosis International University (SIU) a detailed stepwise procedure is as follows. The student can avail of this through user friendly online application software.

Step 1

Check whether you fall under the category of International students from here | Check your Category
(Foreign National-FN, Person of Indian Origin-PIO, Overseas Citizen of India-OCI or Non Resident Indian-NRI)

Step 2

Visit the following link to check whether the institute / board / university from where you have completed your previous education is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Government of India | Check the Recognition of Board and University

Step 3

Visit www.scie.ac.in to check the program details and specific eligibility criteria for the program that you wish to apply to by referring to the Institute Information.

Step 4

Once you have decided to apply then visit the following link which will take you to online application

Step 5

Make sure you will be ready with all possible documents to be attached along with your application to enable us to process your application further.

  • Attested photocopy of 12th Std. Marksheet (10+2)
  • Attested photocopies of Semester wise / Year wise Mark sheets
  • Hall Ticket or Proof of Last appearing Exam
  • Attested photocopy of Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate
  • Attested photocopy of valid Passport
  • 2 Letters of Recommendations (original)
  • Statement of Purpose (original)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • IELTS exam proof of registration or the result (If applicable)

Step 6

Make a payment of Application fee by choosing desired payment mode. Follow the instructions mentioned online; if you choose to pay cash at bank then you will have to submit the copy of Pay-in-Slip at SCIE office or if you choose to make Swift transfer then you will have to submit a scanned copy of your transaction receipt to SCIE. Also make sure that you update the same in the Student Module by logging in with your ID in the 'Make Payment' option.
Note - SCIE will consider your application only after confirmation of payment.

Step 7

Make a payment by choosing desired payment mode.
Follow the instructions mentioned online; if you choose to pay cash at bank then you may have to submit the copy of Pay-in-Slip at SCIE office or if you choose to make Swift transfer then you will have to submit a scanned copy of your transaction receipt to SCIE.
Note – SCIE will consider your application only after confirmation of a payment

Step 8

Kindly 'PREVIEW' your application and take a print out of your form. Affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided and sign at the end of the form. Before you send the printed copy of your application; it is mandatory for all the students to pay the Application fee. Make sure that you will attach the proof of payment along with other documents. Submit or courier this print copy of your application along with the original attested photocopies of all possible documents to:
