Admissions Under Graduate Admission Process Reporting to SCIE

Reporting to SCIE (UG)

All the international students have to report at Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) to complete the following formalities:

1. Verification of all the required documents

The students are advised to carry original attested copy of below mentioned documents to submit at Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE).  Please ensure you carry all original documents for verification.

For Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI:

  • 10th Std mark sheet
  • 10+2 (12th std) mark sheet
  • ‘O’ Levels & ‘A’ Levels grades (in case of Cambridge Board / Edexcel GCE)
  • Diploma Certificate (In case of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program or High School Diploma)
  • Passing Certificate issued by the University
  • Gap certificate (applicable for students with the gap of one year or more)
  • Migration certificate in Original (in case 12th from Indian Board)
  • Transfer certificate in Original (in case 12th from Indian Board)
  • Passport copy
  • PIO card (only for PIO students)
  • Citizen card (only in case of Nepali nationals)
  • Valid Visa (not applicable for Nepal & Bhutan students)
  • Valid Residential Permit (not applicable for Nepal & Bhutan students)

 

For NRI:

 

  • 10th Std mark sheet
  • 10+2 (12th std) mark sheet
  • ‘O’ Levels & ‘A’ Levels grades (incase of Cambridge Board / Edexcel GCE)
  • Diploma Certificate (In case of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program or High School Diploma)
  • Passing Certificate

  • Transfer certificate in Original (incase 12th from Indian Board)
  • Passport copy

2. Medical Test at Symbiosis Centre for Health Care (SCHC)

After undergoing medical test submit the counterfoil of the Medical Test form at SCIE.

3. Eligibility Formalities

The clearance of the Eligibility is an essential factor for admission to any program of Symbiosis International University (SIU). The admission will be provisional till the clearance of the same.

4. Formalities Completed Letter

Before you proceed to your respective institutes you have to ensure that you take the office seal and stamp on your Formalities Completed Letter.  Collect your ‘Formalities Completed Letter and go to the International Students Coordinator of your respective Institute to report and complete certain formalities like payment of hostel fees, mess fees, uniform fees, etc. which are not included in tuition fees.
