Case in review: the VW Case



There is always a tussle between domestic and international law, applying even more so in the European Union with its legal structure imposing directives upon nations that albeit good for its citizens are in contravention of its national policies. An instance of such an issue and the balance struck between efficiently serving justice and allowing the accused his legal rights is struck in the case of VW.
